The United States men's soccer team will get a stern test in its final games before the 2024 Copa América, facing Brazil in a friendly on June 12 at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida.
The match will be a rematch of the 2024 Concacaf Gold Cup final, which the United States won 1-0. It will be the fourth meeting between the two teams since the 2022 World Cup, with Brazil winning the previous three.
The United States is 1-18-0 all-time against Brazil, with its only win coming in a 1-0 victory in 1998. The Americans have never beaten Brazil on Brazilian soil.
Brazil, which last won the Copa América in 2007, has first-round matches against Costa Rica, Paraguay and Colombia. The tournament will be played in the United States from June 13 to July 10.
The United States will open the Copa América against Colombia on June 13 in Pasadena, California. The Americans will also face Paraguay on June 17 in Philadelphia and Ecuador on June 21 in Chicago.
The United States is using the Copa América as a tune-up for the 2026 World Cup, which will be hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico.
